Terms & Conditions

Products, prices and taxes

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every order.
• We describe products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration; minor differences in colour or packaging may occur.
• Items marked "price on request" are quoted in writing. A quote is valid for the period stated on it.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors; if that changes your order value we will contact you before processing it.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when full payment reaches our registered company bank account, either online through our payment partner or by bank transfer / UPI.
• Pay only to the account shown on your order page or our invoice. KMR will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
• We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable or the details cannot be verified; any amount paid is refunded in full.

Software subscriptions (KMR Apps)

• Subscriptions are billed per user or machine for the chosen period and renew only when you pay the next invoice.
• You own your data. You can export it at any time and we delete it on request after the subscription ends.
• We aim for high availability and announce planned maintenance in advance, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Training programmes

• Seats are confirmed on payment. Course material is for the participant's own use.
• Certificates of participation are issued to participants who attend the full programme.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Puducherry have jurisdiction. Questions: info@kmr-groups.com.
