Where we deliver
We deliver across India through reliable courier and transport partners. For export orders, delivery terms (for example FOB or CIF) are agreed in the quotation.
When your order ships
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days after your payment is confirmed, unless the product page or quote states a different lead time.
- You receive the courier name and tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Delivery time
Usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Bulk and made-to-order items are delivered on the date agreed in the quote.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Where no charge is shown, delivery is included in the price.
Software and training
KMR Apps are delivered online: login details are sent to your email once payment is confirmed, usually the same working day. Training programmes run at your premises or online on the agreed dates.
If something goes wrong
